2. Basic emergency measures

3. Emergency plan 

 　　3.1 Sudden weather emergency plan: If the weather changes during the transportation operation, such as rain and snow, the goods are covered in time and anti-skid measures are taken on the vehicle to ensure the safe delivery of the goods to the designated place。

 　　3.2 Emergency plan for vehicle failure: Before transportation, notify the standby vehicle and maintenance personnel to stand by。If there is a fault in the transport vehicle, immediately arrange maintenance technicians to repair it。If it is determined that it cannot be repaired, the standby vehicle shall be called in time and emergency transportation measures shall be taken to ensure the delivery to the designated place within the shortest time;

 　　3.3 Road emergency construction emergency plan: the project department repeatedly reconnaissance the land and line through which the large equipment is transported, and confirm the road situation again the day before the equipment is shipped, and master the detailed information of the transport route。In spite of this, it is still difficult to completely avoid the traffic obstruction caused by the emergency excavation of the road。In such cases, the site manager should take remedial measures in time. If the project manager is more difficult, he will go to the site personally, coordinate internal and external resources, put forward the transportation route rectification plan in time, and complete the rectification of the construction road in the shortest possible time with the cooperation of the construction department to ensure the smooth passage of equipment transportation; 

 　　3.4 Road congestion emergency plan: in the process of equipment transportation encountered traffic jams;Obey the coordination and command of local traffic authorities and strengthen traffic control。In case of fairs or major gatherings, suggest changes in transportation plans or seek new routes to ensure smooth passage;
